What are the typical unit sizes?
There are three main unit sizes: 35 sqm and 45 sqm (1-bedroom unit), and 70 sqm (2-bedroom unit) with variation up to +5 sqm. Larger units of 80 sqm or more is also available in the condo.
How much is monthly rental rate?
A typical rate is around 450 THB/sqm, ranging between 400 and 530 THB/sqm. This rate is based on the unit’s features such as size, view, furnishings, electrical appliance and also the lease term.
What is the minimum lease term?
Standard term is 12 months, but sometimes 6 months or longer terms are also available at a different rate. Short-term rent such as days, weeks or couple months is illegal for condominiums in Thailand.

Electricity and water rates are billed at the standard government rates, with no extra charges added. The utility bills will be placed in mailbox (the 1st floor of each building) around 10th of each month.
How much is the security deposit?
It equals two months’ rent which is refundable within 30 days after moving out, following a satisfactory final inspection. It also depends on the contract between the landlord and tenant.

What is the parking arrangement?
There is ample parking on the first floor and in the dedicated parking building. Each unit comes with one parking space, regardless of the number of bedrooms. There is no limit on motorcycles and bicycles.
What is the impact from the earthquake?
Due to traditional construction technology for low-rise buildings, no structural effect is found from the earthquake in 2025. Most rooms are not impacted; only a few have minor defects on the surface of walls.
